Lauren’s journey to success began at the age of 21 when she established herself as one of the top behavioral therapists in San Diego, earning a six-figure income. By 24, she assumed the role of Head Coach and Director of Coaching at a prominent training and development company, where she led and managed up to 30 coaches, coached nearly 300 clients, and facilitated impactful weekend seminars. Embarking on her entrepreneurial path, Lauren founded Getting Results shortly after her 27th birthday.

Not one to shy away from challenges, Lauren’s versatile leadership skills led her to an interim position as the COO of a land development company, overseeing a monumental $500 million project at just 29.

In 2006, Lauren was asked to serve as the Chief Operating Officer for a Virginia land development company for a half-billion dollar project. She held this position while also coaching her Getting Results clients.

In 2002, Ms. Doyle was awarded ‘Amazon Best Selling Author’ status after the success of her two latest books: The Hijacker: Overcome Self-Sabotaging Behaviors and Find Your Flavor: a Recipe for Discovering your Ideal Career.

Today, she practices what she preaches by living a life by design created by her ultimate business design.  Married to her business partner and closest friend, they split their time between Florida and Michigan.  Their latest project is creating a rich and engaging life for their daughter as well as fulfilling their purpose of enhancing the lives of their clients through the success of their businesses.
